The Estate Management Help Desk is open 24/7 and you can reach us on 02 9385 5111. With any phone call or request, the situation will be assessed and a time frame for a response will be given. Any requests deemed emergencies will be met with an immediate response. 

Make an online request 

For repairs, relocations, waste, cleaning, compliments, complaints or general inquiries, you can request assistance online either in Archibus or with the form below. Archibus is a self-service system that issues service request tickets. You are given a case number and your request is directed to the specific building manager or relevant Estate Management team member who will be able to assist you. If you do not have access to Archibus, log a Service Request Form below and it will be attended to during office hours.

Privacy statement

Personal information provided by private individuals completing this questionnaire will be protected in line with the provisions of the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW). The comments made will be used only to provide a report to relevant EM management and to resolve the issue with relevant staff. Any personal details received will only be used to provide you with updates on the status of your complaint (if requested). You may wish to refer to the UNSW Privacy Statement. Personal information will be stored securely and retained in accordance with the University’s retention responsibilities.
